Pre-packaged foods were not completely properly labeled. Foods that are pre-packaged in advance of retail sale shall bear the following information in English on its label: the common and/or usual name of the product; the name, address and zip code of the manufacturer, processor, packer, preparer or distributor; the net contents of the package; a list of ingredients in the order of their predominance by weight with ingredients shown by their common or usual name; and a list of any artificial color, artificial flavor or preservative. Provide proper labeling on pre-packaged foods.

- Sanitizing concentration
The final rinse concentration for available chlorine bleach at the dish machine tested at 0ppm during the inspection. The food-contact surfaces of all equipment and utensils shall be sanitized by immersion for at least one minute in a clean solution containing at least 50 parts per million of available chlorine as a hypochlorite and having a temperature of at least 75 degrees F. The dish machine is in the process of being repaired. The line was cracked for the sanitizer and it has now been replaced. The sanitizer now tests at 100ppm.
- Plumbing installed and maintained
A leak is present on the drain pipe below the hand sink in the coffee preparation area. Plumbing shall be sized, installed, and maintained in accordance with applicable provisions of the Illinois State Plumbing Code. Repair the leak at this hand sink.
