These raw items were right at the end of the maximum four hour window and were allowed to be cooked to the appropriate temperature, cooled down and used. Ensure all potentially hazardous foods are kept at or below 41 degrees F.
  • 229.168 (d) (2) (C) restricted use pesticide. Observed "residential use only" pesticide in dry storage room. Ensure all pesticides being used are of "commercial grade" only and/or use a licensed pest company.
  • 229.165 (k) (14) (A)chlorine solution. Observed two buckets of sanitizer to contain little to no chlorine. Ensure chlorine sanitizing solution is kept at a concentration of 50-100 ppm at all times.
