  • At time of inspection, 3 compartment sink and mop sink were not equipped with hot water. Ensure the 3 compartment sink and mop sink have hot water of at least 110 degrees F.
  • Handsinks in back area and bathroom do not have hot water. Ensure handsinks have hot water of at least 100 degrees F.
  • Handsink in bathroom and back area did not have paper towels. Ensure handsinks are equipped with paper towels at all times.
  • Observed multitude of flies (live and dead) throughout establishment. Ensure flies are eliminated from establishment using appropriate means.
  • Refrigeration unit for eggs, meats, and other potentially hazardous food did not have a properly working thermometer. Ensure refrigeration unit is equipped with a properly working thermometer.
  • Observed mold growth on inside panel of ice machine. Ensure the ice machine is cleaned on a routine basis to prevent mold growth.
  • Observed ice scoop being stored in cardboard box on top of plastic ice bags. Ensure the ice scoop is stored on a smooth, easily cleanable, durable, and non-absorbant surface.
  • Observed soda residue on back pabel of soda machine. Ensure the soda machine is routinely cleaned to prevent accumulation of residue.
  • Obsreved microwave soiled with food debris. Ensure the microwave is routinely cleaned to prevent accumulation of food debris.
