  • Repair water faucet, hot water should come out with good amount of force. 229.166 (c) (2)under pressure.
  • 229.166 (f) (2) (A)HWS>100F. Hot water at HWS should reach at least 100F Degrees. Water only reaching 94F Degrees.
  • 229.166 (c) (3) hot water sufficient. Hot water at 3-compartment sink should reach at least 110F Degrees, only reaching 94F Degrees.
  • Ch 13, Art II, section 13-26 Display permit. Copy of inspection report must be posted for customer view.

  • 229.166 (c) (3) hot water sufficient. Upon arrival for inspection, water container used for sinks, was very low. So low, that when faucet was turned on, water would not come out.
  • Ch 13, Art II, section 13-26 Display permit. Establishment must post a current copy of the inspection report, for public view.
  • 229.165 (g) (2) (A)3 comp sink. Food Stand has a 3-compartment sink. However, spray nozzle does not reach or extend far enough to fill two of the three sinks. Spray nozzle needs to be replaced, or fixed, so that it can fill other two sinks, at dishwash area.
  • 229.163 (h) (6) wash as needed. Staff must wash hands between tasks. Observed staff member re-fill water tanks, then look through paperwork. Customer ordered ice cream, staff member, served customer. At no time, did staff member wash hands.
