  • Observed bottle of elmers glue on top rack above preparation table in front, observed bottle of pine sol, on back prep table, next to saran wrap package, and observed unlabeled spray bottles. Ensure to store all toxic chemicals in an area away from food and food contact surfaces. Ensure that all contents taken out of original container, are labeled with common name of toxic being stored.

  • Certified Food Manager should be present at establishment during all hours of operation. Ensure that all Certified Food Manager certifications are registered with the city. To do so, take certificates down to 1901 S. Alamo, Monday through Friday between 7:45am and 4:30pm to have certificates registered for a fee of $15.45.

  • Observed a towel and food debris in the hand sink. Ensure that the hand sinks are only being used for hand washing. Items may not be stored or dumped into the hand sink to prevent any contamination.
  • Observed a container of Lysol stored with buffalo wing sauce and Fabreze stored on a container of pineapples. Ensure that all toxic chemicals are stored below and away from all foods to prevent any contamination.

  • Establishment did not have hot water at time of inspection. Manager stated the pilot on the water heater goes off occasionally. Dominoes maintenance came out during inspection and fixed the issue. Pilot was relit at time of inspection and water reached the minimum requirements by end of inspection.

  • Thermometer in cabinet below cold hold reach-in reads 44F degrees. Measured temperature of cabinet at 41F degrees. Must have properly working/calibrated thermometer in units containing potentially hazardous foods.
