  • Meat slicer in deli area soiled with cheese crumbles. Nobody sure how long meat slicer has been soiled but manager stated slicer is to be cleaned and sanitized at least once every 4 hours. Ensure slicer is cleaned and sanitized once every 4 hours or between uses.
