  • Observed paper towels in hand sink. Observed personal drinks on prep table. Discontinue to store items in/on hand sink. Hand sink is to be kept clear, and used for hand washing purposes at all times. Ensure all personal drinks/food is maintained in a designated area for employee consumption; separate from all food prep/working areas.
  • Observed food debris/residue inside both refrigerator and freezer. Ensure all food contact surfaces are clean to sight and touch, at all times. Ensure all food debris/residue is eliminated. Be sure to sanitize all food contact surfaces routinely.

  • Observed several rodent droppings under pantry shelves. Ensure all rodent droppings under shelves in pantry are eliminated.
  • Dirty water from mopping must be disposed of properly; in mopsink. Ensure mopsink is only being used to drain mop water and not being used to store any items. Ensure mopsink is accessible. Remove any items blocking mopsink. Mopsink faucet needs a backflow preventer.
  • At time of inspection food establishment permit was outdated. Food establishment permit must be current and posted at all times.
