    Observed 0 ppm chlorine from dishwasher. Corrected on site. Chlorine bucket was changed. Regularly use test strips to ensure chlorine sanitizer is working and the level is 50 ppm.

    Observed cups drying on towel on the ice machine. Discontinue practice. Ensure utensils and equipment is stored on a clean and sanitized surface.

    Observed no hot water from either faucet in the women's restroom. Observed hot water in the men's restroom at 95-97 F. Repair or replace to ensure a minimum 100 F water is provided for proper hand washing.

    Observed uncovered container of raw chicken and celery and carrots in the reach in cooler. Observed containers of salt and seasoning on prep table uncovered. Provide lids to prevent possible cross contamination.

    Observed cup used as scoop in bulk flour container. Observed handle of scoop touching food product in the bulk flour container. Ensure use of scoops with handles and the handles are stored out of the food.

    Observed unwrapped packages of raw meat and deli meat in drawers under grill. Provide protection from possible contamination.

* Observed handwashing sink in bar area with a slow floor sink drain. Repair plumbing and maintain drain line working properly.
* Ensure all new employees obtain food handler cards withing 14 days of date of hire.
* Provide original manager food safety certificate and maintain on site and available for review by health inspector upon request. Observed copy of manager food safety certificate.
