Today March 15 2015 Sunday around 3 pm we went as customers to superkhorak
Which has been in toronto @ 6125 yonge street for many years and changed owners many times as service has degraded with changing of owners through out the years .
Next week is persian new year so as we decided to make our yearly trip to north of city to buy the usual nourouz stuff.
As we checked out the scanner scanned a few products like a shampoo priced at 2.99 for $80 dollars as I told the cashier as it was adding up to stop and check he stopped and acter we questioned that price .
He stopped and bill came up at the end for $80.35
We left confused .we paid debit

so went back to return a few items ,the cashier made excuses for extra items and while trying to credit back out of two cashier guys one behind him came and told us it doesn't refund so manager a women for 20 min they took us aside and said we have no means to refund we can if you go to your bank we write a check we could've paid refund if you paid visa or cash
They all insulted us all through the conversation
We were amazed at how they were pushing not to refund us
And finally we mentioned calling the police she pulled our cash and gave to us as me and my husband were leaving in broken farsi persian she insulted me she literally pushed my back withher hand thru the front door and said get lost and don't ever come back after I said why you don't fix your system to do refund

In general this store manager woman pushing customers out her door if they comPlainabout how things are priced and want a refund has psychotic behaviour and the staff too no common sense
We still have duplicate copy of what was suppose to be refunded the whole bill
The insult and assault was not worthit going I this store I told the women this is not iran you can't force people to keep merchandise you sell when you cash register is messed up and who pays 12 dollars for two cans of tuna and the cashiers rudeness and insult made us change our mind and want refund
This bisiness used to be honest by past owners but As they told us no refund on debit cards just visa or cash
And arguing it instead of refunding and only refunding if you mentioned policie not Canadian way of doing business of 40 yrs we have lived here
It is dishonest business and their machines should be checked why no refunds on debit .
No this is now a market bazaar southern Iran run by thieves
Horrible experience and embarrassing in front of the community
