This establishment was not approved for permit at this time. I will do a follow-up based on cleanliness issues while conducting an inspection. I recommend a cleaning schedule for the employees in the establishment (name a person to a task). Need to keep training records where all managers can find them. I did not observe training records today. One refrigeration unit was down today and nothing was stored in it. It is already scheduled to be fixed.

A copy of the 2008 Chesapeake Certified Food Manager's class schedule was given to the person-in-charge. Reviewed the Employee Health Policy and the Consumer Advisory Policy with the person-in-charge. Good employee food safety & handwashing practices observed during this inspection.

Food supplied by Sysco and produce supplied by Lett-Us Produce. Chemicals supplied by EcoLab. PERMIT ISSUED
