    Observation: There is no refuse container immediately adjacent to the basement hand sink.

Facility approved for foodservice permit.
Correct the following items:
1) Adjust temperature on 2-door work-top to maintain food at 41 degrees or less.
2) Install towel dispenser at the upstairs handsink.
3) Install a service panel on the back of the soda dispenser counter.
