| Received a complaint on 8/13/2015 that ants and flies are everywhere inside the restaurant, including the kids' play area, on the floor, at the soda machine, and at the ordering area. Customer said their soda cup had an ant in it. I observed several ants next tot eh beverage dispensing machine on the counter. I instructed the manager to remove ants from this area and to insure outer openings are protected against the entry of insects. The manager stated that their pest control company has been coming once a week to treat because they have had a problem with ants. Since their treatments have not been effective, manager stated they are hiring a different pest control company that will come out next week. Their current company last treated the facility on 8/19/2015. I did not observe flies and ants in other areas. No violation noted during this evaluation. | 08/21/2015 | Complaint |
