PIC stated that the metal wall behind the 3 compartment sink would be replaced in the near future. Cleaning chemicals had stripped the surface of the wall. An area for employee's personal belongings should be provided so clothing is not placed on top of food items or food storage containers. Facility will either use premixed quat sanitizer solution for buckets or need to adjust amount of bleach to be between 50-100 ppm. Overall the facility has greatly improved their food safety practices. Keep up the good work!
