3. all cold holding equipment should be maintained between 36-38'F in order to maintain foods at 41'F or below
4. attendance at a food safety class - EHS has given the person in charge several hand outs in reference to attending a food safety class which will ensure that they would be able to demonstrate knowledge - person in charge has failed to register for any type of class
5. status of the establishment - EHS will contact Environmental Health Manager to determine the status of this facility
