A discussion about the use of a food grade hose for the collection of potable water, an outside handwashing station and overhead protection for the outside prep area also occurred at this time. Note: The Mobile Food Dispensing vehicle unit operational inspection was conducted during the unit's participation in the 2015 Chesterfield County Fair at Chesterfield Fairgrounds.
