Inspection conducted due to the following anonymous complaint:
Caller has concerns about level of cleanliness throughout facility and asked if we could look into it.
Inspected the kitchen, food storage area and restrooms. All of these areas were very clean and well maintained. Performed a general walk-through of the facility and observed that the facility was clean and orderly. Complaint not founded at this time.

    Observation: Observed milk cold holding at improper temperatures (46'F, 47'F) in the reach in cooler. Temperature in cooler was adjusted and milk was relocated to another cooler.
    Correction: Relocate food to a refrigeration unit that is capable of maintaining food storage at 41°F or below.

    Observation: Several cabinet doors in the kitchen were observed to be loose.
