No Certified Food Manager. This establishment has been given information to proceed to get a Certified Food Manager in the establishment. This is a Virginia Beach city ordinance. In addition, potentially hazardous food was observed left out at 50 degrees F, and person in charge did not know the danger zone of potentially hazardous food. Because this establishment is a child care facility, management must take extra measures to ensure food is safe to eat.
