Spoke with CFM regarding the following: 1) Written and documented employee health policy (FDA Form 1B provided) 2) Posting handwashing sign at the handsink located at the front counter 3) Discarding damaged food storage containers (large plastic container under the grill table) 4) Repairing ceiling tile hole over the grill table and damaged wall at the entrance of the back storage leading to the walk in units 5) Transfer current Servesafe certificate to Chesapeake Certified Food Manager's (CFM) certificate.
