Note: The salads are still in cooling process when delivered. Recommend checking temperatures of PHFs on salads when delivered. Today it was delivered around 10:30 am. Please put the salads in freezer for quick cooling because it is not possible to track the cooling time. **It is the central kitchen's duty to make sure salads are cooled to 41F or below before delivering and also maintained at 41F or less during the delivery process. The 1DR small undercounter refrigerators is turned off everyday. Please make sure that the temperature is 41F or less before you put any salads of potentially hazardous foods in it.
