If unable to repair the compartment sink pipe, replace it with one that meets the specifications of Part IV, Article 1 and 2 of this chapter.

Hood system was cleaned 6/19/13 and due for cleaning on 12/19/13. Work order in for two light fixtures over dishwasher and part on order for leak repair by maintenance for ac unit. Concessions are not in operation. Concessions are still maintained clean until ready for use. Recheck for updated application and permit. Overall facility is being maintained and kept in order.
