1700 - Critical Chlorine sanitizing solution used was not at an acceptable concentration. Adjust the chlorine sanitizing solution to a level of at least 50 PPM and the water temperature is at 120F. Follow manufacturer specifications on data plate.
2000 - Corrected During Inspection Single service cup lids were observed stored unprotected below the sink. Store single service cup lids inverted to protect from contamination until used.

Temperatures Continued (Degrees Fahrenheit): Prep (36), Cont. (34 int), Cont Prep (R-int) (40), Prep Front (46-No Trays @ Top) Cont Fridge 2 Dr End Unit (38) -Ensure debris at coffee maker top is cleaned, include in regular cleaning, also top of waffle maker. Comments: No food service at time of inspection, facility shut down for remainder of the year. Will reopen on January 12th. Prepped food in fridge will be tossed out prior to reopening. Dishwasher should be sanitizing correctly prior to resuming operation, if not use 3-Vat for wash/rinse/sanitize, maintenance was called. Observed thermometers. Continental fridge thermometer may need calibration. Right continental is for alcohol only. Alto Shams off x4. Walk-in freezer external thermometer should be switched to degrees Fahrenheit for consistency.
