Overall facility clean, good no bare hand contact observed. Espresso cleaner sanitizer chemicals present, no MSDS available. Obtain MSDS's for all chemicals used in facility and ensure all staff are trained. Facility manager with certified food manager (CFM) training, but not enrolled in Chesapeake HD CFM system. No sanitation training records done or available for facility staff. Ensure ongoing staff sanitation training is conducted and documented. Permit to issued after enrollment in CHD CFM system, training is conducted with emphasis on handwashing, no bare hand contact and sanitizing.
