Kitchen is utilizing single-service items to serve. Three compartment sink will be utilized to wash-rinse-sanitize equipment/utensils. Discussed storage of employee drinks with manager. City school maintenance to repair drainage issue behind kitchen this summer. This item has been mentioned in reports since Sept 2011.
