Comments:*Facility may need two permits in future as has two kitchens at two separate address's.* This was mentioned to facility director. This routine inspection was for the kitchen located at 1846 Amherst Street. The other facility kitchen was done by another EHS.
*No violations observed at time of inspection. PIC stated correct refrigeration temperature for demonstration of knowledge.
*Ensure dishwasher is at appropriate 15-25 PSI water pressure during rinse, did not observed PSI gauge.
-Dishwasher leaks occasionally depending on how door is opened.
-If facility will be using bleach for sanitization at anytime, needs bleach test strips. 50-100 PPM concentration.
-Cabinets under sink were latched, chemicals stored in top shelf.
Comments: Hobart refrigerator external thermometer still out of calibration, should be repaired to ensure equipment functionality. First aid supplies were stored in dedicated area. Observed thermometer and test strips. Foods still catered in from WMC, only foods prepared in kitchen is occasionally french toast. Gloves used are from WMC. Food delivered in hot holders from WMC.
