Good sanitizer concentration observed (wet cloths to be stored in sanitizing solution at all times). Ready to eat foods are properly date marked for 7 day disposition. Ice cream dipper well has been repaired. Cleaning has improved behind grill area.

    Observation: Gaskets on refrigeration units were observed to be molded and dirty.
    Correction: Owner says that new gaskets have been ordered for all refrigeration units.
  • Critical: Equipment - Food Contact Surfaces, Nonfood Contact Surfaces, and Utensils* (corrected on site)
    Observation: The following equipment food-contact surfaces were observed soiled to sight and touch: Ice bin and scoops. ice bin had small amount of mold forming an back shield and ice scoops at drink machines were stored on the dispenser tray with dried fountain drink splatter on them.Can opener was observed to have dried food particles and debris in the working parts and cutting edge. Cutting Boards were heavily scratched and discolored.
    Correction: Clean and sanitize these surfaces for food contact. place scoop handle up in ice or in a cleanable container,. Opener was cleaned and sanitized at time of inspection. Cutting boards were replaced at time of inspection with new boards.

Facility has met all requirements to receive a foodservice permit. Permit issued. Facility intends to open on 12-10-12.
The following items will be addressed prior to first inspection:
-gaskets (which have been ordered) will be placed on reachin refrigerator.
-openings will be sealed around drink lines in ceiling.
