    Observation: Observed single service cup being used as a scoop in the seasoning bin. The food contact surface of the seasoning scoop is not durable, nonabsorbent, easily cleanable, resistant to pitting.
    Correction: Replace the single service cup with a scoop with a handle designed for food contact.
  • Handwashing Signage/Handwashing Facilities (corrected on site)
    Observation: The sign that notifies food employees to wash their hands is not clearly visible
    Correction: at front counter.

    Observation: Ice bucket stored improperly stored between use.
    Correction: Store ice bucket inverted so as to prevent contamination of the interior.
  • Temperature Measuring Devices (corrected on site)
    Observation: There was no temperature measuring device located in the walk in refrigerator.
    Correction: Provide a temperature measuring device in all hot or cold holding equipment used to store potentially hazardous foods so that employees can routinely monitor the ambient air temperature.
