    Observed at time of inspection person in charge stated cobra head pop nozzles are soaked in soda water but are not sanitized. Pop nozzles are a food contact surface and should be sanitized before use after cleaning. Corrected at time of inspection person in charge stated they will sanitize pop nozzles. Corrected.

    Observed at time of inspection dumpster out side lid was broken. Existing lids were unable to close because too much accumulation of debris (mostly wood beams). Dumpsters that are being used for food waist must have there lids remain closed to prevent the attraction of pest to the dumpster and the facility. Correct by repairing door to the dumpster and either breaking apart wood/boxes so dumpster lids can close or scheduling more frequent trash pick up to remove refuse. Correct as soon as possible follow up will occur at the next routine inspection.

    Observed at time of inspection in use knives stored in between prep coolers on cook line. Knives should be stored on a clean sanitized surface. Also observed ice scream scoops stored in standing water. In use ice cream scoops should be stored in either with the food contact surface completely submerged in running water (dipper well) or stored in hot water stored at 135 F or above or stored in cold held ice cream with the handle stored out of the product. tinsels were removed for cleaning at time of inspection. A follow up will occur at the next routine inspection.
