    Correction: Provide employees working in food preparation and cooking areas with effective hair restraint (hat, hair net, beard restraint, etc.).
  • PLUMBING - SYSTEM MAINTAINED IN GOOD REPAIR
    Observation: The PVC pipe below the far left compartment of the ware wash sink in the parish kitchen is leaking. It was noted during the inspection that the container underneath the plumbing contained water.
    Correction: The plumbing system shall be maintained in good repair. Repair or replace defective or leaking plumbing. Until it is repaired the bucket shall be emptied daily.
