Bar mats were stored in the bar handsink.
The bar handsink lacked hot water. The owner fixed the faucet handle.
The mop sink had a hose attached with threads at the base and lacked backflow prevention. The manager removed the threaded end.
A chemical spray bottle in the bar area was not labeled.
Employee food items were stored in the bar reach-in cooler with food items far customers consumption. Limes and lemons in the back storage area were on the floor.
