An employee beverage in a twist top container was present on the food prep table. Corrected on site.
Containers of sanitizer and detergent were stored next to uncovered onions on the dry storage shelves. Corrected on site.
The interior of the microwave oven below the steam wells had severely scratched paint, and the exposed metal was rusted.
The thermometer inside the service line beverage refrigerator was not visible.
The Coca-Cola nozzle on the soda dispenser was soiled with dried soda syrup.
The service line beverage refrigerator door gaskets were soiled with food residue.
Utensils were being washed manually in the three compartment sink in 108�°F water.
The concentration of quaternary ammonia sanitizing solution intended for use with wiping cloths was less than 100 ppm in the spray bottle hanging above the three compartment sink.
The drain line for the soda carbonator backflow prevention device terminated above the floor, and was not routed to a floor drain.
Food debris was present on the floor below the vegetable shelving in the walk-in refrigerator. Wall trim was broken on the short wall to the left of the three-compartment sink.
