Violation descriptions and comments

Several ceiling tiles throughout the facility were soiled with grime. A floor thermometer was not present in the infant room. A light in the laundry room was not functioning.
Paper towels were not provided for handwashing in the Parakeet 1 girls restroom, or the Bumblebee child's restroom.
The caulking around the toilets in the Parakeet 1 restrooms was torn.
The couch in the Creators room was torn.
The concentration of toy/tabletop sanitizer was less than 50ppm chlorine residual throughout the facility.
A dented can was stored with wholesome cans on the can storage shelf in the kitchen.
Several cabinets in the kitchen were chipped. The shelf above the kitchen three compartment sink was soiled with grime. Several ceiling tiles in the kitchen were soiled with dust.
The staff in the infant room were not wearing smocks.
