Violation descriptions and comments

Several non-commercial grade plastic boxes were being used to hold raw sausage in the walk-in refrigerator.
The mop sink hot water faucet leaked at the faucet base when the water was turned on.
Two unsealed holes were present in the wall to the left of the food preparation sink. The floor drain below the three-compartment sink was soiled with mold. The wallboard had a gap which exposed some wall insulation, on the north wall of the walk-in refrigerator in the dough mixing room.
