In the cold buffet line, vermicelli milk dessert was 58�°F, yogurt sauce was 59�°F, cut lettuce was 60�°F, and cut tomatoes were 59�°F.
The preparation sink did not have cold water under pressure.
THe preparation area hand sink did not have soap or paper towels.
