An unapproved employee twist-top beverage was commingled among customer food in the standing refrigerator.
In the steam table, scrambled eggs were 124�°F, sausage was 123�°F, shredded pork was 126�°F, and shredded beef was 122-132�°F.
In the cold-top cooler the following potentially hazardous foods were held above 41�°F: sour cream was 50�°F, ranch was 50�°F, tomatillo salsa was 46�°F, and pico de gallo was 53�°F. Salsas in the standing refrigerator were held at 53�°F.
Sprayer on the three-compartment sink hung below the flood rim.
A chemical spray bottle was stored next to an open box of single-service gloves.
