A front area drive thru employee was observed touching her face with out washing her hands afterward.
A kitchen employee was observed wiping his hands on his apron while engaged in food preparation.
The mop sink had a spray nozzle shut off valve and a shut off valve down stream of the mop sink faucet.
No soap or paper towels were available at the drive thru hand washing sink.
The kitchen cutting boards were heavily grooved.
The food preparation sink was not adequately sealed to the wall.
The kitchen hand sinks were not adequately sealed to the wall.
