A spray bottle of water was unlabeled as to its contents in the back room.
The caulking between the ice bin table and the blender station table was loose. The door gaskets were torn on the JD reach-in refrigerator. The caulking on the three-compartment sink was soiled with grime.
The water to the spray nozzle on the three-compartment sink would not shut off.
