Unapproved twist top employee beverages were observed in the reach-in freezer across from the preparation sink.
The dish machine final sanitization rinse measured less than 50 ppm chlorine residual.
The hand sink next to the cold-top was not functioning properly. ( No hot water, and faucet would not shut off flow).
Fly strips were hanging above the preparation table in the kitchen area.
