A #10 can of severely dented sliced jalapenos was stored with wholesome cans in the cafe.
The caulking was loose on the cafe three-compartment sink and meat department three-compartment sink.
The oven mitts in the bakery were soiled with food debris.
The scoop was stored with the handle touching the sausage in the cold-top refrigerator in the cafe. The cheese scoop was stored with the handle touching the cheese in the cheese box in the cafe.
