Petersen Village Inn in Solvang, California is a beautiful European and Mediterranean style locale. They accommodate leisure, business or corporate retreat guests. Café Provence is the fine dining establishment attached to Petersen Village Inn. They offer appetizers, entrees, desserts and much more. Ermino Dal Fuoco is the chef who has worked in the culinary arts for 25 years. He is of Italian Swiss descent and offers European fare. The restaurant also serves American and Californian cuisine for lunch and dinner.
