Worst ran program. No one will come to one with question. Kids run and fight with no respect for others. State at this point have stopped them from taking in kids. They are running on low numbers. Staff is over worked and HR are only out for them selfs. Maintance is ran on screws and glue. Never get money to fix problem only patch till its a problem again

I am in the process of having my daughter transferred from this facility to another because for one, the kids there have the ability to run off! The facility is surrounded by woods. The process at VQ is if a youth runs into the woods, the staff do not go after them! They wait until 10/11 PM and then call authorities and the authorities can never find them. My daughter has been gone until 5 am most time she's taken off. It also has the boys and girls camp close to one another. My main concern is pregnancy! The boys and girls take off together! It's ridiculous. Also there is fighting and riots almost weekly. I do not recommend this facility at all. The only good thing I have to say about the place is I was very pleased with our assigned Care Manager (Janet Collins). She was very pleasant to work with always was available to answer my questions.
