I had a pretty full schedule at work today so of course I overslept this morning. Consequently, I started the day scurrying around in a mad rush.

Now, many hours later, it occurs to me that during the course of an ordinary day, there are times when I hurry, and times when I do not. I will hurry to get out of the rain, or to catch an elevator. I am now a Yuma resident, and an avid hiker. During these days of summer I usually head out in the evening a couple of times a week. It can still be about 100 out there, but at least the sun isn’t high in the sky, baking me. Anyway, I’m not about to sit inside until autumn.

Thank god almost no one reads blogs written by ordinary individuals. I can tell this blog stuff that I wouldn’t tell human beings. Even if some poor soul reads this blog, they won’t know who I am.
