I have not written anything in this blog in ten days. For me, that's a long time to go without putting in an entry. But I have been sick, at least in a sense I have been sick. I have a mild anxiety disorder and over the last ten days it has spiked. I've been told that anxiety disorders are like that, they have an ebb and flow.
