I just came back from the YMCA...
Still going three times a week, and still not really losing any water weight.
I weighed myself today and was 365 pounds... So, I lost six pounds since last week. *sigh*... This is really getting me down a lot, not being able to lose the weight, exercising my buns off and still showing no progress at all...!!

I've been having severe bouts of depression lately... Going over the probability of a Nursing Home so my Wife and kids wouldnt have...

My Daughter is in FLORIDA!!! Land of sunshine, (though it recieves the most rain in the United States LOL--->Real good advertising on that one guys and gals).

She is with her Uncle John and Aunt Maxine...

She flew out at 6am and got there at 8am.

They plan on taking her to Disney World, for two days and shopping for one, and who knows where for the others...but, I know, today she is going to sleep most of the day because she didnt sleep all night!!...

Few weeks since I posted, and my weight has been flip flopping, went down to 350.5, then back up to 358...(been bummed about that one, for sure), then back again...

Went to my sleep test last night.
They had me on a 'temurpedic bed', (what ever that means??), and I slept like a baby!!
Though, I wouldnt have it at home, cause its hard to get out of, (almost like an air mattress, or maybe it is, I dont really know anything about mattresses, except if they are a good sleep...

Ive lost another 5 pounds... Down to 354.5 now.

I did, what I thought was an easy workout, and it turned out, I was outta there faster than when I did a hard workout!!

I used less weights, and a lot more repetitions yesterday, and today, Im more sore than I have been in a very long time!!
Didnt get out of bed, til 11:55 today!!! Yea, THAT sore LOL...

I pulled the same prank on my Wife again....
Stood behind her and put my cane on the scale and...

Yesterday, I worked out at the YMCA...
Now, they had some 'ta-doings' going on in the room where I do my stomach crunches at, so I couldnt get to the machine, (will, tomorrow, but, thats the only day this week I will be able to do so).

Every time I cant get to the stomach cruncher, I work out 'extra hard', and manage to do myself some harm...sheesh. (No, I will never learn on that part, because its ingrained in me to do so ... Tried to catch myself from doing it, but to no...
