It was time for my Heart Doctor visit, and, fortunately, my Wife couldnt hear what the Doctor was saying, because she never got her new hearing aide yet, so, she didnt know when to interject my adventure with meeting the floor, and living to tell about it LOL ...

She asked me why 'I' didnt tell him about it, and I told her 'I forgot'...Yea, a lie, I admitted to her, but, I am not going to have the Doctor want to admit me, because he figured I had brain damage or something,...

I went to the YMCA yesterday I got to go twice in two days! (Brother in law was 'supposed' to rototill the garden today, so, she had me go yesterday, instead).

Last night, about 11pm I decided that I wanted a 'snack', so, I reached in the fridge, as I usually do, and my Wife had a bowl of collared greens in there, with vinegar, YUMMY!!!

Well, I plucked a 'wad' or two out, and then, on the third pluck, I got a good one out, that was in a ball and had lots of vinegar...

Yesterday, I took that pill for the first time, and last night I finally slept like a baby!!!

Its been w\eeks since I had a good night sleep, fighting with the heating pad at night, trying to get the pain to subside enough for a couple of hours sleep in the morning.

Today, my Wife comes in and asks me "Are you still ALIVE"??????? Its 12:Oclock!!!

Blast... I could of slept til 4pm if no one bothered me and loved it LOL it ...

Finally went to the YMCA again, (been missing a week of it, since Doctors appointments and my leg has been bothering me for sometime now).

All the machines are in the 'wrong place'.
Yes, they moved everything into the 'new section' where they remodeled, and its going to take me awhile to get used to the machines being out of place. One thing, the most important machine, the stomach crunch, was left in the old section, (the only machine still there), and a few people have asked...

My Wife went to the varous stores around the area to get paint for the scrap deck, (what else to call it? We made it out of junk lumber-?shelves they ripped out of the store-> from the electrical shop next door, and the owner said it never served a better purpose LOL)...
