Went to the YMCA again today...
So far, the second time I have gone, (missed a day, because my feet hurt too much to even be put in a shoe!!).

I checked my weight two days ago, and I am down to 353!! I lost 24 pounds of water weight!! YEA!!!!!... Now, if I can lose some more, but, I wont be able to know, until next week, when they put the scale back in the back room, and I can get to it.

Jenny had to get 'induced' because of some condition, and we are waiting...

Every time I see someone going out the door, of my family, I always make sure that I tell them that "I love you", in case I dont see them again!

I think that they keep hearing those words over and over again, and keep wondering when he is going to 'quit'...but, I never will...
As long as there is breath in me, I will always let my family know that I love them at all times, even when saying goodbye over the phone.

My Wife went to the Salvation Army Thrift...

The rash is almost gone now...(Or, it may be gone, but my Wife didnt check it this morning, as she was preparing to go on a long venture with her Sister to Ashtabula, for an all day excursion, via a baby shower from one of her Cousins, Jenny. After 5 boys, she is now going to have her first Girl!! Congradulations Jenny and John!!).

My legs are starting to 'itch' a lot, an I have to use this long handled shoe horn to scratch it with... If it wasnt for the appointments I have this week...

Its been, what? almost three weeks since I stopped taking the insulin shots, and I still taste it in my mouth!! sheesh!!

I have a rash on my left leg, (the same one where the weephole was, and on the outside as it was also), that is very painful. It showed up about seven days or so, ago... I dont know if its related to that, or not?

Leg is still swollen from water in the muscles, and I havent been to the YMCA in a week now, since that rash showed up...

Its Day 5 of the "Z-Pack", (meds->antibiotics), and Im feeling a whole lot better.

I still have that wheezing in my chest, but, the runny nose is about gone, and I can breathe through both nostrils now...(if I have my CPAP on, and one side of my nose plugs up, I have to rip the mask off, cause I get claustophobic like RIGHT NOW!! Yea, I know, that there is more air pressure working for me, and all that, but, I need both nostrils or I go nuts, cause I cant get enough 'air'...
