Just got back from my exercise session, and it didnt go as planned.

I was doing the usual routine, with the abdominal crunches, when an old guy came around, and was watching me, (as if he was waiting in line for the machine!). I didnt want to be a 'hog' about it, so, I only did half of my 1000 reps, and left for another machine. Turns out, he didnt really want it after all, and someone else got it for a short while.
I tried to 'go back' to the machine, but, I couldnt get...

I got up at 5:30am, and started to read the Third book in the series THE VAMPIRE EARTH. Twelve and a half hour later, I finished the book! (Ok, breaks for bathroom and eating).

My Son says he has two books on order this week coming, on Wednesday I hope!

I didnt do anything else for the entire day...

My Wife wanted my Son to print out some pictures for a scrap book, for our Neighbor in the Nursing Home, but, the Kodak Printer is lousy, trying to print...

I went to exercise today, and my Wife had a 'wonderful idea'... Since everyone is so concerned about me doing 1000 abdominal crunches on the machine, she suggested that I do only half in one sitting and then go on to other machines and get back and do the other half later.

Well, that part didnt phase out too well. I sweat a lot, and need a lot of water to replace it, because I have 'dry mouth' when I exercise, and thus, I need to get my water from the water fountain.

I got up at 5:30am today! Now, I wonder how long I will go, until I need a nap LOL... My Wife gets on me if I take a nap, but, she naps at least three times a day, but, thats ok, cause she gets up early...so, I should be entitled to have a nap myself

For a second, I thought she was going to take me to exercise today, gave me my clothes and tossed them to me and gave me the 'look' like put em on, your going someplace... Well, thats been done, and I ate an apple and some Tomato...

Ok, Im still sore from my work out a day or so ago... Good thing my Sister in law stopped by, so it saved me from having to go to the "Y" and work out and really be sore for days on end.
Apparently, when I 'lay off' for a week, then the soreness creeps in and no amount of hot soaks will take the pain away...and Im not going to use the allieve to take it away either!

I was chatting with my Wife and Son tonight, and I mentioned that I can no longer get into Google Earth...
