Wife and Son just got the exercise bike up, from the basement!! YEAAA!! Soon as my Daughter's Boyfriend 'leaves', I will get on the bike and do ten minutes on it... I rather do it with out the 'kid' looking and making fun of me, sheesh!

Got a call from my Buddy in N.C.! I didnt realize that I had a birthday soon, and he and his Wife wanted to wish me a happy birthday!
Wondeful people, those two are, and I will be sorry to see them, finally move down, and stay in North Carolina......

I ate supper, and even had a snack last night, but, I still got up and ate a salad and a slice of American Cheese at 2:30am.

Apparently, my Insurance Company, in all their 'learned' experience, have decided that I can only have my sleeping med (one pill), for 15 days a month! Last night, I went with out it and didnt get a good night sleep-->but, I havent had one of those in a long time, since its only 5mg of ambien anyways... I wonder if they think, with only that little bit,...

My Wife got up at 5:45am. I heard the alarm, and saw her click it off, so, I decided to get up also!

Since my Doctor wants me to 'get up' at a cerrtain time each day, and go to bed, at a certain time each night, I figured I would try for it today NADA!! My Wife asked me 'why' I am up, and I said "I just wanted to get up"... Didnt know I needed a formal letter of recognition to change my starting point of the day... Thought I already 'had' it, from the Doctor...

I went to the Doctors and it seems that I have lost five pounds since I last saw him, (according to his records...He didnt know I put on more weight, and took it off again, because according to my scale, I lost nine pounds!!).

What really burned my kiester, was when the Nurse was weighing me, and I went to grab the table as I was getting off the scale, and she had the nerve to ask me if I was 'holding on, while I was being weighed'!!! Uhhh... YEA!! and I was using wings as extra lift,...
