OK, its happened again. I typed up an entire page of journal and because I hit something on the keyboard, and it gets wiped out!! There is nothing more infurriating that that, to me! Now I want to rant and rave at my own stupidity, and the fact that Im using a blasted laptop that fights me, every time I want to blogg. So, now I am going to copy after every paragraph so that I dont lose the entire 'piece' again!.

When I woke up, Spring Cleaning was in the air!! My Daughter's and...

I went to exercise after all, yesterday, and would ya just know it, the first machine I usually do--I didnt 'fit'-- Yea, even standing up, I had a hard time getting into it, because I must be retaining lots of water, (though it doesnt show up in my feet and legs??). Sometimes the water does infiltrate in strange ways... (Oh, I will mention here that I "have" missed a few days of pills! That usually happens when I go to exercise sessions! I just forget to take them, because...

Im in some 'real pain' from yesterday.
My Wife came home with a huge amount of groceries yesterday, and since the kids werent around, I figured I would give her a hand. (about all I 'can' do, is give her one hand, cause the other is on the cane to support me LOL).

My Wife would bring them from the car to just inside the door, and I would take them from the door to the kitchen table, or floor., Then she carried in a few herself.

Im more sore, than if I had done...

Went to the Heart Doctor to have my pacemaker checked out...

Apparently, the battery in these new pacemakers are 'really' long lived
After all the things that the Doctor wanted to see, (this graph and that graph), I asked to see the 'meter'. I know its on his software, because on my last pacemaker I would keep track of how much usage I was getting on my batteries via the software meter that measured the 'juice' still left in it.

Now, I would normally get 6...

Today is the result of many yesterdays, all linked in a row to make this day, and this day, along with all of the yesterdays will make tomorrow possible, with the good LORD willing...

I was chatting with my Son yesterday, about this and that, when suddenly I remembered I didnt take my heart meds again! He said DAAAAD, how can you forget 'those'!??
