Onboarding - What is that? - 12-3-17

Posted 12-03-2017 at 09:30 AM by peebola (Important People Doing Important Things!)

I even got the salary I held out so long for - $15 an hour! I hit the trifecta and the daily double! I am making $5 an hour more than I made in 1991 (26 years ago!) when I was...

Important People Doing Important Things

Posted 12-02-2017 at 11:35 AM by peebola (Important People Doing Important Things!)

I'm back.

Let the fanfare start [oh wait, no one cares].

Last time I wrote on my blog was more than a year ago. My blog was mainly about my job search experience. That got tedious and boring so I stopped writing entries in my blog. Today I woke up and decided to change my blog and write of my experiences living day to day as a misanthrope. Yeah, you heard it, I am a misanthrope. I don't like most people, never have and probably never will. Needless to say I have...

Posted 12-02-2017 at 06:14 AM by MikeJaquish

I am always interested in pop appraisals, for-profit "Estimates of Value," "What's my home Worth?" and other teasers utilized to bring traffic and sales leads to websites.
I just talk to too many people who put some level of faith in these numbers, both Buyers and Sellers.
These pop appraisals are generated from "AVM" technologies.
"Automated Valuation Models."
It is the technology used by your local property tax assessors and some...
