I have pretty eyes, great legs, and a really nice rack. All the aforementioned are cash cows for a cocktail waitress. Let's face it, the big tips weren't about prompt delivery of a drink. And I don't have a particularly charming personality. Not for a cocktail waitress anyway. I wasn't one of those drink servers who could act amused over an obnoxious come on or a rude sexual remark from a stranger. I avoided any behavior or interaction that might encourage a guy to act like an ass for my attention....

Hmmm I realized that I haven't posted to my blog for awhile... Reckon its time for an update.

Well, been going to exericse about two or three times a week, and my wife told me that I have been going since March, (instead of April, so, I have been going a lot longer than I thought, and only lost a few pounds, sheesh, what a total bummer THAT is!!!).

so, in six months and a few days, I have lost nine and a half pounds... That totally sucks!! If you diet right, you can...

Employment Situation Day!

Not much to recap from yesterday. As I pointed out on Wednesday, I suspected the markets would move sideways while market participants await today’s big data… and that is basically what happened. The lack of volatility with mortgage backed securities allowed lenders to keep rates unchanged on the day.




Onto the data… the Bureau of Labor Statistics released the monthly Employment Situation Report. This report gives us four measures on the strength of the jobs...

First Blog for me

I must admit this is the first time I have even looked at a Blog let alone written one so my apologies in advance if I fail to follow specific protocol, guidelines or rules.

Today is a busy day for me for a few hours anyway. I have a friend moving to Fayetteville, Arkansas from Granite City, Illinois. My first chore today is to go and pick up the moving truck with her. She has never driven a 26' moving truck with a tow dolly on the back and I refuse to drive her mini van so it works...

Rates Hold At Record Levels, Awaiting Jobs Data

Benchmark Treasury yields were pressured higher yesterday as money flowed into the stock market. The higher treasury yields did force mortgage backed security prices lower; however, the losses were very minimal. There were no reports of any lender repricing for the worse. Basically, we had a quite day as the market awaits the official Employment Situation report due out first thing tomorrow morning.

The only report released today was the Weekly Jobless Claims. Released by the...
